Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026 · Version 2026-09-27

These Terms of Service govern an organization’s business use of Zuran. The person accepting these terms represents that they are authorized to act for that organization (the “Customer”).

1. The service

Zuran provides business software for coordinating portfolios of meetings across implementation programs. The service can use approved Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace connections to calculate availability, propose scheduling options, and carry out calendar or email actions that an authorized planner explicitly reviews and directs.

Zuran assists with scheduling decisions. It does not guarantee attendee participation, provider availability, or that every proposed schedule will satisfy every business preference.

2. Accounts and authorization

Users must use an organizational Microsoft or managed Google Workspace account and be authorized by their Customer. Customer administrators are responsible for approving planners, maintaining accurate account information, and removing access when it is no longer appropriate. Accounts may not be shared.

3. Microsoft and Google connections

Organization connectors are read-only and may access organization information, eligible user profiles, calendar settings, and calendars after approval by the relevant Microsoft or Google administrator. Planner-directed calendar and email actions use the planner’s delegated provider authority. Microsoft or Google grants can be revoked through the applicable provider, which may disable related Zuran functions.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must obtain the permissions and lawful authority needed for data they connect or submit, review schedules and recipients before sending, and use Zuran only for legitimate business scheduling. Customers must not use the service to send spam, probe another customer’s data, bypass security controls, or submit regulated or highly sensitive information unless Zuran agrees in writing.

5. Subscription, delivery, and billing

Unless a written order says otherwise, Zuran is billed monthly in advance in U.S. dollars and renews automatically each month. Access is delivered online after successful payment and completion of sales-assisted company setup. Stripe processes payments; Zuran does not receive or store full card numbers.

Subscription pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars and confirmed in writing and at checkout before purchase. Any pilot, discount, or special term must also be confirmed in writing or displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Customers may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing support@zuranlabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Failed payment may suspend access after the paid-through period.

7. Customer data

Customers retain their rights in data submitted to or processed through Zuran. Customers authorize Zuran to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms. Zuran does not sell Customer Data, use it for advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Where Customer connects Google services, Zuran’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Security and confidentiality

Zuran uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect Customer Data, including scoped authorization, secure transport, protected sessions, encrypted stored Microsoft and Google delegated-token caches, and signed capabilities. No system is perfectly secure. Each party will protect the other’s non-public confidential information with reasonable care.

9. Service availability

Zuran may update the service and depends on Microsoft, Google, Stripe, hosting, and internet services. Interruptions or provider changes can affect availability. No service-level agreement applies unless included in a written order.

10. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Zuran disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Zuran’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed fees paid by the Customer during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Suspension and termination

Zuran may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or nonpayment. When service ends, the right to use Zuran ends. Events and messages already created through Microsoft or Google remain with the applicable provider unless the Customer removes them, and organization-wide consent may need to be revoked separately.

12. Changes

Zuran may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes will receive reasonable notice through the service or the Customer contact email.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms, billing, or service delivery may be sent to support@zuranlabs.com.
